With decades of global human-resource and leadership-development experience, Christy Cox leverages her breadth and depth to execute business results.
Christy is a senior HR consultant with more than 30 years working across multiple GE industrial operations. Her experience covers strategic business partnerships with large groups of employees in locations around the world. An accomplished facilitator, her experiences range from complex problem-solving to new-manager assimilations and nonprofit board meetings. Christy was responsible for the design and implementation of GE’s Workout process across North American field service locations.
Her diverse background includes working with clients in information technology, marketing, product management and customer service. Christy enjoys applying her process orientation, strategic mindset and creativity to solve tough organizational challenges.
