If you work for an organization of any size today, chances are you have taken the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator®. You’ve learned that you are a INFP (Introversion, iNtuition, Feeling, Perception) or an ESTJ (Extraversion, Sensing, Thinking, Judgment) or one of the 14 other combinations of psychological types.
But did you know that Meyers-Briggs Step II helps people get an even deeper understanding of their personality type? The MBTI Step 2 assessment takes each of the 8 scales from Step 1 and breaks them down into 5 sub-scales known as “facets.” This gives us not just four ways in which we differ but 40!
What to Expect:
This half-day workshop gives participants a deeper analysis of their unique personality type. Participants will take the MBTI Step II assessment before the workshop. Our skilled faculty will work with you to evaluate the results and the data implications for you personally and as a team
The basic MBTI is designed to help identify individuals and teams’ natural patterns for accessing information, making decisions, and relating to people.
The Wunderlin Company uses the MBTI® to help individuals, teams, and entire organizations understand their differences – and how to improve the way they communicate, learn, and work.
We will walk through applications for the data in personal development, team development, organizational growth, conflict resolution, coaching, emotional intelligence, and communication.
The workshop fee of $345 includes the Step II diagnostic test, all course materials, and course instruction. Contact us to discuss concessions for dedicated or group classes. Workshops can be customized in length and topics to address your organization’s specific needs.
