Ed has previously worked at market-leading healthcare software companies, leveraging the transition point between software products to drive significant positive organizational change. Ed also has experience in leadership development and coaching for new executives, building client-focused teams, and re-examining processes.

He has extensive experience with successfully managing change, including laying groundwork, identifying key stakeholders, building consensus, and involving the right people within an organization in the transition. Ed can help you build the right team and structure to make the transition you want at your organization.
  • Coaching – Ed works with people at all different stages of their careers, from new employees to burgeoning managers to experienced leaders. Ed helps people find their strengths and key areas for improvement and generate their buy-in for leadership development.



Ed earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Theology from Georgetown University in 2011, including time studying in Strasbourg, France. Ed has been trained and mentored by Wunderlin Company facilitators in his facilitation practice, and completed Facilitating for Results in 2019.
