As a senior HR consultant with more than 30 years working across multiple GE industrial operations, her experience covers strategic business partnerships with large groups of employees in locations around the world.

Her diverse background includes working with clients in information technology, marketing, product management and customer service. Christy enjoys applying her process orientation, strategic mindset, and creativity to solve tough organizational challenges. Her work helps companies facilitate change, drive organizational effectiveness and boost leadership development.

Christy’s experience includes:

  • Christy works with Employee Retention and Engagement programs – helping companies adopt inclusive leadership to improve employee engagement and business growth.  Christy helps leaders review assumptions and biases and develop policies that celebrate the competitive advantages of diversity – including higher productivity and engagement, reduced turnover, consistent quality, and innovation.
  • Entry and executive orientations Christy works with promising employees to help them assimilate to change more quickly – from the new hire adjusting  to a new company culture to the recently promoted executive adjusting to a senior role.
  • Succession Planning and Pipeline Development – Christy works with organizations to ensure leaders work through succession planning annually and high-potential employees get the skills they need to be tomorrow’s leaders. Her sustained work gives organizations the assurance that a vacancy in a critical role is not only prepared for, but that transitions are fluid.
