He has completed the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program and is certified in the Birkman Method, Hogan Assessment, Team Diagnostic, Team Booster, DiSC, Situational Leadership, and  Center for Creative Leadership Benchmarks assessment tools. He is a lecturer on Teaming and Coaching for the Executive MBA Program at Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University.
