One of our core values at TWC is capacity-building.

We want to empower our clients with the ability to carry change initiatives forward without using outside resources. In service of this goal, we offer a series of workshops that teach skills that mirror our own services. We draw on our own experiences and expertise to offer workshops tailored for the adult learner. These are not the often parodied “games” and “trust exercises” you might think of. We are transferring skills to clients with a system of experiential learning, reflection, and facilitated application to real work scenarios.

We offer two types of workshops.

  1. Open workshops: Anyone can attend these workshops. We keep class size limited for maximum benefit to all participants. These are offered periodically and listed on our website. Unless otherwise noted, open workshops are held in Louisville, KY.
  2. Private workshops: Host a private workshop for your employees. Maximize your budget and use existing curriculum or work with our experienced team to develop custom curriculum to meet your business needs. Private workshops can be held at your business, or ask us to recommend a private space to allow your team to get away and focus on the day’s agenda.
