Many organizations know what needs to change. What leaders often don’t understand is how to create change teams will adopt – change that will last.
The course is for mid-level leaders and teams who want to increase their success rate of implementing changes, improve productivity, and grow their business through a deliberate change process.
What to Expect:
In this two-day workshop, we will focus on a model for effective change leadership that can be used throughout the change process to make change lasting and successful.
Participants will experience small group discussions, hands-on activity, and presentation bursts; as well as role-play new tools and techniques. You will workshop a case study and have time to reflect on your own project using the tools presented.
Outcomes:
Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Lead a culture of change and growth in your company
- Recognize four common roadblocks to successful change
- Understand change theory and how different people deal with change
- Learn a simple equation to facilitate change adoption
- Develop a change acceleration execution plan
Change doesn’t have to be hard. You can lead and coach to increase productivity daily. Our faculty will help you synthesize these change acceleration tools to maximize your effectiveness as a leader.
“When our company reached an important turning point with a new vision, we knew we could not achieve that vision doing things as we always had. Partnering with The Wunderlin Company to implement Change Acceleration Teams not only ensured achieving our ambitious goals, it strengthened and broadened the organization’s capacity to lead change. It is now standard to integrate change acceleration with program management.”
