Dear Friends & Colleagues,
The Wunderlin Company is focused on change, innovation and growth and WOW… 2020 has been a time for serious change. It seems like everyone is trying something new. It could be you are leading a virtual team from the kitchen table and transforming your way of working overnight from in-person to on Zoom. And in the off hours, maybe you’ve made sourdough starters, or returned to running, gardening or puzzles. For others, it’s been rising to a new challenge – like serving as the principal, teacher and dean of students of your own home school; or creating a safe environment for a loved one.
The Wunderlin Company is also trying something new: we’ve been playing, practicing and hard at work on a Changing Times podcast – for all of us to stay connected in a new way.

For more than 25 years, we’ve provided fresh and relevant looks at exciting topics like leading change, making career changes, leveraging personality assessments, and building a better brain with neuroscience. We’re always learning too, and thought this strange “new normal” was the perfect time to move into fresh and relevant ways to deliver content for you. The podcast is a great way to keep up with Changing Times while you’re organizing your inbox, drinking your morning coffee, walking the dog, tending your sourdough starter, pulling weeds in the garden or waiting for the sun to rise.
Hosts Karen Wunderlin and Merrell Grant are former GE Executives, executive coaches and Change Management experts. They are also best friends. Join them and facilitator and producer, Julie Wunderlin, as they explore ideas and concepts from the world of leadership, change, brain science, and organizations.
They’ll be interviewing subject matter experts and taking a deep look at topics that will help you continue to lead, innovate and grow today – and in the future.
Sometimes change is out of your control (this year is a perfect example). Change also presents a wonderful opportunity to try something new. We’re thrilled to release this new podcast and hope you’ll join us on the journey. We hope you find it as engaging and fun as we do!
