Welcome to Springtime 2021!
The sun is setting later, temperatures are rising, and hope is beginning to bloom again. We’re feeling grateful for the clients with whom we explored the “new normal” together last year, and are excited to move into a new, “post-pandemic normal” this year.
2020 certainly threw us for a loop, but it didn’t slow us down. Last year, we moved to a fully virtual model to serve facilitators and leaders around the globe. Our team:
- Hosted over two hundred hours of virtual meetings
- Executed five strategic plans
- Held seven virtual retreats
- Led more than four hundred hours of virtual coaching
- Released seven episodes of our 5-star rated podcast, Changing Times
We’re eagerly awaiting a return to in-person meetings, but that doesn’t mean we’ll close the door on virtual facilitation. We foresee a hybrid-style approach as the world eases back to in-person work. We’re working on updating our courses like Difficult Conversations and Facilitating for Results for a virtual setting. Plus, we’ve heard from many of you that you’ll adopt parts of a virtual work solution long-term. If you’re interested in learning more about our virtual facilitation practices, let’s talk.
Changing Times Podcast: Season Two Out Now
In case you missed it, we have launched the second season of The Changing Times Podcast recently. Don’t miss our interview with coach and artist Luckett Davidson on the literal art of change and coaching. This season, we also introduce our newest exciting project:The Changing Times Book Club! Our first book is Good Life Practices by Dave Mochel. Tune in this April when we’ll discuss the book with the author and a few special guests. Grab a copy of his book here.
We hope you’ll join us in the exciting year ahead. We’d love to learn more about what you’re working on, and how we can help you successfully approach big changes in your organization.
